Returns Policy

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days for an exchange or refund. To start the returns process, please email customerservice@birdsandbobos.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

Only items that are unused and in new condition with tags attached will be accepted for return. All custom orders are final sale. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Birds & Bobos is not responsible for lost or damaged products, so we recommend all returns are sent insured and with tracking. Please allow 7 days for the return process to be completed.

Care Instructions
Many of our items are handmade, vintage, or made from natural materials, so you can expect slight variations in texture and color. It makes each piece unique!

To best care for your purchase, please follow the care instructions on the product page. For all our linen products, we recommend a gentle cold machine wash. For our larger pieces of furniture, we recommend professional cleaning only.
